Marian Frances Events planned this picture-perfect wedding in Charleston at the Charleston Place Hotel, The Cedar Room CHS, and The Citadel 1842. The bride was glowing in a strapless, sweetheart neckline button back gown. Her look also featured a chapel train and chic side slit. Her hair was styled in an updo and topped with a pearl-studded veil. She completed her look with pearl-accented heels. She met her tuxedo-clad groom for bridal portraits while carrying a white bouquet that coordinated with the bridesmaids. The bridesmaids wore various styles of steel grey silk dresses. The Citadel chapel’s gorgeous stained-glass windows provided natural light to the space. The chapel was adorned with Christmas-theme decor including red bows on the pews. An adorable flower girl dressed in a peach tulle dress sprinkled petals down the aisle as the ceremony began.
Post-Ceremony: Charleston Wedding Reception
After the ceremony, guests headed to The Cedar Room for the reception. Guests signed in on a photo album of the couple’s most memorable moments— CUTE! White linens covered tables and were decorated with white taper candles and floating candles in clear glass hurricane holders. Elegant white floral centerpieces were in clear vases. Guests enjoyed street tacos for dinner prior to a red velvet cake covered in white buttercream frosting. Personalized iced coffees were distributed as a fun favor. Guests then headed to the dance floor to celebrate with the new Mr. & Mrs. The bride and groom kept the party going by hosting an after party for attendees to celebrate long into the night. We loved being a part and capturing this stunning day!
