Choosing your wedding photographer is more than finding a style you love. It’s about finding someone you trust to guide you when needed, step back when the moment calls for it, and document your day in a way that feels true to you.
Cinematic, documentary inspired. We're not setting up every frame or pausing your day to pose a "shot." Mostly we watch and wait, and we only step in when direction actually makes the photo better. What matters most is that the photos feel like your wedding, not the performance of one.
Sometimes. And honestly that's usually a good thing; a little guidance can turn an awkward moment into one you'll love for years. But we're not running your wedding like a photoshoot. You should still look like you, just more relaxed than you'd expect.
More than "just the photographer ". We'll help with your timeline, figure out portrait locations with you, and think about how the day should flow. Good planning up front means we have more room to catch the real, unscripted stuff later, which is usually what people love most anyway.
We do. These have a totally different feel than a wedding day; there's more time, less pressure, more room to just be a couple in front of the camera. We'll help sort out timing and location, so it comes together easily.
Yes. Charleston is home, but we're often in Hilton Head, around the Lowcountry, and we travel outside South Carolina too. If your wedding is happening somewhere that matters to you, we'd love to be there.
Depends on what you need. Some couples want coverage for an intimate celebration or elopement; others want the full weekend covered start to finish. Because it varies that much, we're glad to talk through actual numbers once we know more about your day.
Reach out through our inquiry form to start. We'll ask a bit about your plans, check availability, and walk you through what comes next to reserve your date.
Yes, and honestly this is one of our favorite parts of the process. Depending on what you're going for, we'll suggest a few spots that fit the vibe and work with the light at whatever time you're shooting. If you already have somewhere in mind that means something to you, even better, we'll work with that instead.
Really depends on your day. A simpler timeline with fewer moving parts might only need partial coverage, but if you want everything from getting ready through the last dance, you'll want more hours built in. We'll walk through your schedule with you and help figure out what makes sense, not just sell you the biggest package.
Yes. Most of what we shoot is candid, the stuff that happens, whether a camera there. But we also carve out time for portraits, because those are the ones you'll want printed and hung on a wall someday. It's a mix, not one or the other.
We’d love to chat and help you plan a wedding photography experience that feels completely like you.
